Caterina is a young entrepreneur with the desire to cultivate, enhance and disseminate the traditions and products of her territory: her company is located in the small village of Treschietto in the heart of Lunigiana.
After the initial collaboration with the Committee for the Valorisation of Treschietto Onion, she decided to expand the offer above all with the production of traditional Lunigiana savory pies following the recipes handed down for generations: the herb cake, the potato cake and leeks and the traditional barbotta.
His farm also produces jams and extra virgin olive oil.
In addition to the Treschietto onion (both in seedling and ripe onion ready to eat), the farm also grows (depending on the season) raspberries, currants, blackberries, potatoes, olives for oil, various fruit and vegetable.
