Born in Piedmont to a family of peasant origins (her grandmothers were mondine from Vercelli) Amanda marries a Lunigiana and moves to this beautiful land that immediately adopts her as a daughter. After a few years of office work as an accountant, moved by the passion and collaboration already started with the small farm of her in-laws in Ponzanello, a village in the municipality of Fosdinovo (MS), she met the local farming world and in August 2018 she completed the big step: he quits his office job and starts his own company dedicating himself completely to life in the open air, in contact with nature and the changing of the seasons. Without using pesticides and chemicals, he thus begins to grow vegetables, picking fruit from his trees and preparing typical savory pies, wood-fired bread, jams and preserves. And now he can finally give free rein to his great passion, pastry: sweets, cakes, biscuits and cannoli come out of the ancient and traditional wood-burning oven of the house of his in-laws, all without preservatives and dyes, according to the season.
