We are the members of a family that for over 60 years has been managing and running a farm (with annexed farmhouse) located in a hamlet of Aulla (MS), a town in the beautiful land of Lunigiana. For some years now we have made a small attempt to offer the public products directly obtained from the earth, alongside the characteristic products of villages renowned for their local specialties. And so from our fields, cultivated with love and dedication, come a numerous variety of vegetables, repurposed as pickles and in oil, which we sell here or in the Coldiretti markets where we participate in the “Campagna Amica” program. The passion for countryside outings and herbs allow us to put porcini and sloe mushrooms on our table, but also various other products foraged from the undergrowth like field capers, wild fruit jams and many other delicacies linked to tradition. Finally, the orchards give us back a reward for the sweaty effort we put in all year round, giving the opportunity to offer seasonal fruit, jams and syrups. And in the period that separates autumn from winter, our hunting dogs bring home a very precious and fragrant product of the subsoil- the truffle of the Lunigiana lands. Finally, we also produce cured meats and meat from animals (calves, chickens, lambs, rabbits and pigs) reared in the authentic peasant way that we offer to the guests of the farm.
