This project was the brain child of some friends, gathered - as often happens when good ideas are formed- over a glass of wine and a platter of local cold cuts and cheese. From their chat, the idea sprang up to gather together all of the numerous top quality food and wine offerings from the Province of Massa Carrara into one single brand. This area is fortunate in the fact that it enjoys a unique climate, pleasant all year round, mitigated by the proximity of the sea and the protection of the majestic Apuan Alps. Thanks to the skilful work of many artisans in the area, the products they give us are truly countless such as wine, extra virgin olive oil, cured lard, salami, cheeses, chestnuts, testaroli, honey..
